Built for the way a molding floor actually runs.

Molds, changeovers, certificates. Three things a generic ERP asks you to work around, and what the record looks like when it doesn't.

01Molds

A mold is an asset, not a line on a BOM.

Shot life, cavitation, shut height, tie-bar clearance, required tonnage, maintenance interval, and where it physically is right now. When the mold record carries all of it, the scheduler can tell you which presses a job can run on — instead of which presses somebody remembers it running on.

In the system

Each mold has a press compatibility set, a shot counter incrementing off live cycle data, and a preventative maintenance trigger that lands on the schedule as a real block of time.

A mold record showing its shot count against its next maintenance, the presses it can run on, and the maintenance block on this week's schedule
02Changeovers

A changeover is press time, not a gap between jobs.

Pull the mold, hang the next one, dry the resin, run first shots to spec. That is hours of press time a board that only schedules jobs never shows, so the floor quietly rewrites the running order by lunch and the variance lands in next month's costing with no explanation attached.

In the system

Changeovers are scheduled blocks with real durations rather than zero-time gaps, so the published board is the one that runs.

Two colour run orders compared: natural to black runs clean, black to natural costs a purge
03Traceability

Traceability that already exists when you need it.

Medical and regulated work needs a lot genealogy you can hand over without assembling it from three systems the week a customer asks. Genealogy is either captured as the work happens or reconstructed under pressure.

In the system

Every shot ties to a material lot, a mold, a press and a shift. The certificate prints from that record instead of being compiled for it.

The board

Mold and press conflicts, visible before you publish.
